1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service .

 

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

 

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Royal Mail Express Shipping (1-2 business days, Tracked 24) 

 

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on Royal Mails service and your location.

 

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect details.

 

4. Delayed or Missing Orders
